In most cases, when people become ill, they tend to recover spontaneously in a short time.  It is only when illness persists that people seek help to restore their health/HEALTH.  There are many options available to people when this phenomenon occurs, and countless ways people can maintain and protect their health/HEALTH.  Discuss the differences between health/HEALTH.
