SDSU Visual Political Symbols Discussion

I’m working on a communications question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

For this discussion, I’d like you to pick an example of a political visual artifact and discuss it in relation to the functions of the visual described by Schill. For instance, you could discuss the Odal Rune stage at the RNC and theorize what functions that particular visual symbolism accomplishes…does it create identification, serve a documentary function, etc.?
