LAVC intervention of Afghanistan and US security Discussion

Select a topic from US Foreign Policy that involves a difference of opinion. It can be a past or, present issue but, preferably post-cold war. Compose a debate question relating to the topic, one that can be answered yes or no. Present a hypothesis, a hypothetical answer to the question.
