Diversity Equality and Inclusion Essay

This project entails researching an organization, which has implemented DEI strategies, and analyzing if it has been an effective practice, also give recommendations. This paper will be 10 pages minimum, MLA format with at least 10 credible sources.

Research paper should entail:

1. Research information about the company (who they are, the history, what products/services they provide, how many employees)
2. Research information about the company’s DEI practices (what they are, when it was implemented and why)
3. Evaluation/Assessment of DEI practices (Has it improved employee morale, why or why not)
4. Possible recommendations for the company in improving DEI practices or implementing new ones
