a.Students will be able to discuss various security engineering lifecycle frameworks, risk engineering and evaluation frameworks used in modern Software Development

b. Students will gain an understanding of Cyber Security tools available for use as a part of a secure software development lifecycle

c. Students will gain an understanding of how to evaluate externally developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications relative to their adherence to sound security principles

d. Students will learn the terminology, technology and uses of symmetric and asymmetric encryption technology for data in transit and at rest

e. Students will learn different classifications and types of attacks used in modern networked computer systems
