HSCI 478 CSUN Data Entry Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare Survey

CONSTRUCT A 10 ITEM SURVEY. The topic is familiarity with AI in healthcare. Follow the principles below.

1. Write 10 statements (not questions!) that address the use of Artificial Intelligence in healthcare. Keep the statements in “one direction”, i.e. all positive (no negatives).

2. Use a four or a five point scale. The 4 point scale has no middle/neutral choice. The scale runs from (1) “strongly disagree” to (4 or 5) “strongly agree.”

Prepare your survey as follows.

3. Date. Survey title. Write a brief description of survey purpose. Write brief instructions to complete survey. At the bottom write “Thank you for completing this survey.” Give instructions how to send it back to you (fictitious of course).
