Attractive persons are more likely to be employed, obtain more pay, and receive better assessments, suggesting that there is a “pretty privilege” that occurs across all occupations. Generally beautiful people on social media, with little to no talent, gain wealth way beyond their less attractive counterparts due to their “following” online.
