Film Review Essay

Write a film review of one of the suggested films (available through the Films on Demand database) The review should be approximately 3 pages in length, and it should evaluate the work based on specific criteria. Examples of criteria include

-plot/conflict

-writing/dialogue

-character development/acting

-themes and/or symbols

-point of view (and how the director conveys point of view through the film’s shots)

-costumes/hair design

-special effects/visual effects

-use of sound/sound effects

If you include background information about the film that you learn from a publication, make sure you cite the source using MLA format.
