Select a sport organization (college, university, or professional) that has either been able to produce consistent success or one that has had trouble in doing so. You need to conduct an analysis of what factors may be contributing to the organization’s ability to create a successful culture.

The following factors need to be considered to meet the requirements for this project:

The mission, vision, and core values of the organization.

Artifacts that reflect the history and tradition of the organization. (statues, plaques, trophy cases, etc.)

1. The values and beliefs of the organization.
2. The unconscious and taken-for-granted beliefs of the organization
3. This information can be found through articles covering the program, the organization’s website, player/coach profiles, etc.
