1. Please write a concise (one page) position statement identifying the key reasons how project management impacts the success of a new information system. 2. Both Deloitte and E&Y have large project management practices.  Compare and contrast project management done by these consulting firms on behalf of clients vs. doing it in-house.  When is one preferred over the other?  What are the risks associated with having a consulting firm do the project management vs in-house? (150 words)
