- For this assignment, you will need access to MindTap to complete a full nutrient analysis of your diet. You cannot use any other database as it will not provide the information needed for this assignment. When you go into MindTap, you will see some icons along the right hand side of the page. You need to look for the green apple with a + sign. When you scroll over it, it will say “Diet and Wellness Plus”. Click on it. These are the steps to follow:1. You will be asked to complete your profile. Make sure you enter in all your information. 2. After your profile is entered and complete, you need to start filling in the items you ate for the day. Click on Track Diet from the menu bar. Select the day of the week (on the right) and begin to enter your food item in the Search box and press the Return key. A listing of foods will appear below – click on the food that most represents what you ate. Make sure to choose your meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and add the items you consumed paying careful attention to the portion sizes.3. Once you are done entering all the foods, you are ready to begin creating reports. Click on the Reportstab. 4. Run the following reports: a. DRI Report; b. Intake vs. Goals; c.
