Objetivo de la actividad

Mediante esta actividad el estudiante logrará desarrollar una presentación de su autobiografía en la que aplique las destrezas aprendidas en el módulo.

Antes de realizar el ejercicio acceda a los recursos, incluyendo los tutoriales. Esta actividad se califica una sola vez. La actividad es de carácter individual.

Antes de iniciar la creación de su presentación, aprenda qué es una autobiografía, el concepto, características y ejemplos (Cáceres-Ramírez, 2018). Además, conozca de las partes que componen una autobiografía. (Revista educativa Partesdel.com, 2017-09).

El propósito de esta actividad es que el estudiante desarrolle una presentación utilizando MS PowerPoint.

La meta consiste desarrollar una presentación con su autobiografía que lleve el mensaje de forma atractiva.

Utilice la aplicación MS PowerPoint 2016.

El documento debe ser grabado con el título de su trabajo; por ejemplo: Autobiografía – María De Los Oliveros.

Las partes del trabajo son:
Portada, Indice, Introducción, Datos Personales, Desarrollo, Conclusión, Recomendaciones

Instrucciones

Para esta actividad van a realizar una bibliografía anotada sobre el tema seleccionado para el Trabajo Grupal Final. (Es una tarea individual del mismo tema del proyecto final).

• Deben acceder a las bases de datos de EDP University a través de la Biblioteca Virtual (Links to an external site.) o Google Scholar, y allí identificar (5) cinco artículos del tema elegido.
• Harán una bibliografía anotada de esos cinco recursos.

En esta bibliografía anotada deberán aplicar el formato APA en la referencia y lo que aprendieron de cómo parafrasear en la creación del resumen descriptivo del contenido del recurso identificado en la base de datos.Entregar las respuestas en un documento de Word, letra Times New Roman, tamaño 12, el espaciado y alineado de acuerdo a lo requerido para cada parte, referencia, portada y resumen descriptivo . Debe incluir las referencias en formato APA, de tres años o menos.

2 For this assessment, you will create a 2-4 page report on an interview you have conducted with a health care professional. You will identify an issue from the interview that could be improved with an interdisciplinary approach, and review best practices and evidence to address the issue.

3 For this assessment you will create a 2-4 page plan proposal for an interprofessional team to collaborate and work toward driving improvements in the organizational issue you identified in the second assessment

4.For this assessment you will create an 8-12 slide PowerPoint presentation for one or more stakeholder or leadership groups to generate interest and buy-in for the plan proposal you developed for the third assessment.

Evaluating the Adoption of New Technologies – Pros and Cons

Required:

1. Read and review the Chapter 9 text on Adopting New Technologies.

2. Describe the implementation of new technology innovation into a healthcare organization with which you are familiar with your own professional experience or find in the literature (be sure to cite the source).

3. Critically evaluate key pros and cons of the approach to and results of the new technology introduction scenario you have described in item 2 of this list of elements Required.

4. Make recommendations for how you would do this implementation differently and justify those recommendations using the scenario characteristics and results.

Your answer should be at least 700 words (without title page and references) and a maximum of 1200 words. Please add references to your work. You cannot give a one-line answer to questions in the assignment. Do not forget to explain your rationale behind your answer.

Scenario 4: A 67-year-old man presents to the HCP with chief complaint of tremors in his arms. He also has noticed some tremors in his leg as well. The patient is accompanied by his son, who says that his father has become “stiff” and it takes him much longer to perform simple tasks. The son also relates that his father needs help rising from his chair. Physical exam demonstrates tremors in the hands at rest and fingers exhibit “pill rolling” movement. The patient’s face is not mobile and exhibits a mask-like appearance. His gait is uneven, and he shuffles when he walks and his head/neck, hips, and knees are flexed forward. He exhibits jerky or cogwheeling movement. The patient states that he has episodes of extreme sweating and flushing not associated with activity. Laboratory data unremarkable and the HCP has diagnosed the patient with Parkinson’s Disease.
