University of California Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience Discussion
Description
Customer satisfaction and customer experience are interrelated terms to each other. However, they have subtle differences when the customer service is evaluated accurately. Customer satisfaction is a measure of satisfaction with the service and or product. In contrast, customer experience is a journey of various steps of every process that a customer goes through with a business or an organization. In simple words, the satisfaction is described with “more or less,” “high or low,” and other similar terms, whereas the experience is described as “good or bad,” “easy or difficult,” and other similar terms.
