The abilities of organizations to change to which the rates of change were dictated by the environment. Reasons for change are a result of limitations in existing strategies or the need for organizations to extend its strengths and rethink strategy.

Choose a multi-national organization of interest and investigate the following areas: 

• Contemporary issues facing change management outcomes involve technology augmentations, evolving workforces, 
• changing workplaces, competition pressures, and government regulations to list a few;
• the intensities of demands, what was the one core reason for the change?
• What were the components of the change strategy? 
• What organizational change model did the organization select to steer its change objectives?
• Should the organization have adjusted structure or culture at first, what is the significance of this sequence to change outcomes?

Find at least 2 peer-reviewed (scholarly) academic articles that provide insight into why the topic you chose is a problem and why it is important in your community. It is best to select articles, which contain data and the data is easily understandable.
