How did the political assumptions/propositions come into play when the effort was initiated and/or implemented? What or who were the sources of power and how was power exerted? How was the effort interpreted by various constituents? What impact did the effort have on the vision, values, and culture of the organization as it relates to supporting or resistance to change?
