Toyota’s (Toyota’s Production System-TPS) approach to lean operations is widely used in manufacturing facilities all over the world. One that is greatly used is called Kaizen, which is simply a continuous improvement of the system. Kaizen has a cycle called PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act). Research PDCA and discuss how each step is used.
