Based on this week’s resources and others you have located, develop an 8 to 10-slide PowerPoint presentation that addresses the following:

• Describe the purpose of a risk assessment.
• Identify the types of risk.
• Address cultural variances in risk assessment.
• Explain how to conduct a risk assessment.
• Discuss your state-specific reporting requirements.
• Describe how to create a safety plan.
• Identify additional resources for risk assessment and safety planning.

Your PowerPoint presentation should include audio of your presentation and presenter notes. Support your presentation with at least three scholarly resources; include citations for quotations and paraphrases with references in APA format style where appropriate.
