It begins with the struggle al-Ghazali faced in prison and her alliance with the Muslim brotherhood part, then the article shifted to her life in the public sphere and the reason that provoked her to start her own organization. It touched base on her hate of the British occupation in Egypt. The article is divided into chapters including Navigating Islamist Feminism, a leader Among Men, and a chapter about her book Return of the Pharaoh.
