Summary of Peer-Reviewed Articles Essay

Find at least 2 peer-reviewed (scholarly) academic articles that provide insight into why the topic you chose is a problem and why it is important in your community. It is best to select articles, which contain data and the data is easily understandable.

For each article, submit the following:

A. In the Text Box below,

1. Summarize your findings, in 50-100 words for each article: summarize what the article states about your topic. You can provide definitions, insight into why / how it is a problem, solutions proposed, etc.

2. State any statistics that are important to your problem. If there are graphs or charts in the article, you should refer to 1 or 2 (not more).

B. In the File Upload tab, attach both articles, in PDF format. (use “print as PDF” if the file is not already in PDF format.) You can use only an abstract from an article, if it contains sufficient information.
