In this assignment you will design and share a brief series of presentation slides (at least 3, no more than 6) about a sport-related psychological issue you have encountered and successfully managed. You will not need to present your slides in a full presentation, only submit them for discussion. 

At least one link to an appropriate video, website or research article demonstrating the sport or skill you are describing is required. With only 3-6 slides allowed, it is recommended that you provide multiple links to relevant videos, academic texts or other materials relevant to your topic which might help you demonstrate your points.

to research articles, TED talks, documentaries, news stories or other media, so long as they are relevant to your topic and appropriate to use in a class assignment, are allowed and highly encouraged. You only have 3-6 slides to put your point across, so make the most of the space. 

TEP 1 | Identify the Problem

Drawing upon your sport history, identify?at least one?performance issue that you encountered and subsequently managed, successfully. The issue needs to be defined as a psychological issue (this could include negative self-talk, low confidence, high performance anxiety, unrealistic goal-setting, poor time management, or another relevant problem).?Clearly explain how it negatively impacted your performance and offer a visualization to help the audience embody the issue.

STEP 2 | Describe Your Solution

How did you overcome this psychological hurdle? What did you do? How did you do it? Explain and demonstrate. Use any combination of text and visuals, but at least one link to some kind of example demonstrating the skill is required.??
