CMUL Law First 10 Amendments Paper

Write a 5 page paper on your assigned amendment or, in some cases portion of amendment. 

Read the First 10 Amendments to the Constitution (Bill of Rights), and then read your assigned amendment if it is not in the first 10.  You need to research the reason for the amendment, or part thereof, and detail cases that dealt with it.  Why was in included in the constitution? Is is still as important today as it was when the constitution was adopted?

Your paper should review the amendment and its history as well as legal cases that involve that amendment or portion thereof. What was the rationale for your amendment? Have there been Supreme Court cases on your assigned amendment? In your closing, give your personal analysis of the benefit of the amendment.
