Description

Lock’em up has been the dominant ideology for the last 50 years; however, what we have come to realize is that mass incarceration does not work. How do we create real-world solutions to crime? Without question, we have to use prisons, but as Rand Paul notes, there are a lot of people in prison that we are just “mad at.” So, how do we reintegrate prisoners being released back into society. Rather than  simply incarcerating them, what programs might be beneficial? What services do we need to provide at-risk populations?
