School Ethics Bowl. I have included the complete case set under Modules next to the paper drop box.

SWOT Analysis

We have discussed the importance of the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis in this unit, and now you will have the opportunity to conduct one on your own. Review the unit readings including the one-page required reading assignment titled “SWOT Analysis: Questions for Conducting an Analysis with Your Team”, and conduct a SWOT analysis for the organization that you presented on in Unit III. The assignment has two components, which are listed below:

1. What are a few ideas that you learned about your reaction or resistance to change? What did you learn about yourself and change?
2. What are some thoughts you have at the end of this class about the changes you’ve been through over the years? Do you have a better understanding now about the why and how of those changes?
3. What are some ways that you can help others handle change in the workplace?
