1. Be sure to fill out two tablesone for each organism. The tables are on the next two pages. You should include if the result is positive/negative or what the results are (e.g. Organism is not motile).
2. Optional: On the bottom of each table, either describe in words what each test result looks like, or include a picture of the result. If you had a Gram negative coccus for the result for the Gram stain, you could say This organism is round and stains either red or pink on the Gram
